Warehouse Helper / Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to assist with daily warehouse operations. This role supports inventory handling, order preparation, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, containers, and deliveries
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations
• Assist with inventory counts and stock checks
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist supervisors and team members as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs repeatedly
• Basic math and counting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift experience or certification (if applicable)
• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge

Work Schedule

• Full-time / Part-time
• Day shift (adjust if needed)
