Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and fully bilingual English/Spanish Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced immigration office. Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally
- Schedule and confirm consultations
- Prepare/Draft legal documents, Motions, Affidavits, Declarations, Correspondence and other case related documents for Attorney review
- Scan, upload, label, and organize documents
- Assist with electronic filing and E-Filing
- Enter and update client information accurately
- Follow office procedures and attorney instructions
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative duties
- Perform other office tasks as assigned
- Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and routed correctly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record keeping.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal assistant tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone or email and supporting client communication efforts.
- Immigration law experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
