As an AE, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new clients, building relationships, and managing the full sales cycle within the facility management industry. Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Heavy outbound cold calling and consistent client outreach
- Running discovery calls and identifying customer needs
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales solutions
- Managing your own pipeline and book of business
- Collaborating with operations and customer success teams to ensure strong service delivery
- Maintaining activity and client updates within Salesforce
