Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and optimal efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling, inventory management, client communication, and maintaining compliance with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chattanooga, TN.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, logistics, and inventory management
- Leadership, team management, and the ability to motivate and oversee staff effectively
- Client communication and relationship management skills to ensure excellent service delivery
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational issues as they arise
- Experience in operations, facility services, or a related field is highly beneficial
- Proficiency with office software and tools to manage schedules, maintain records, and communicate effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered
