Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial and Residential Roofing Sales Representative, based in Springdale, AR with opportunities to work from home. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, conducting site assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, and closing sales contracts. You will also collaborate with the project team to ensure client satisfaction and timely execution of roofing projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in general construction, sales, and project management
- Experience with Waterproofing techniques and materials
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in roof-related sales or construction is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
