Payroll Associate

This position is primarily responsible for processing Payroll for all employees. This position reports to the Vice President. Flexible scheduling options are available, including part- time and hybrid arrangements, depending on experience and company needs.

Responsibilities:
• Managing all aspects of Payroll
o Process weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls
o File and remit payroll taxes
o Monitor Time Sheet Mobile
o Create daily/weekly time reports from TSM information
o Collect hours from TSM and confirm with superintendents
o Calculate travel time and per diem for each employee
o Import hours from TSM into QuickBooks
o Add travel time and per diem to each employee timecard.
o Email paystub to each employee
o Process certified payrolls
o Email weekly time reports & payroll summary to COO
