Division 7 Construction, Inc. is a commercial subcontractor primarily focused on firestopping, waterproofing, caulking, expansion joint installation and Division 10/Specialties installation. The company is based in Birmingham, AL, but performs work across the United States. D7 is known for professional, quality work and has extensive experience in health care construction with nationally ranked General Contractors.
Our ideal candidate will have prior commercial construction experience.
Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Help to generate quality work
Making deliveries to different job sites
Inventory control / Material management
Operation of material- moving equipment
Moving/climbing ladders and/or scaffolding
Working in tight and/or high up spaces
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Work Documentation
Communication with construction team on incoming - outgoing material
Required Skills and Qualifications, but are not limited to:
Good work ethic
Time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift 50 LBs or over
- Valid US driver’s license
- Travel as needed, up to 2-3 days at a time
- Ability to pass drug screen(s)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Clean background check
