What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Associate position at Divinitea?
Divinitea, LLC offers the highest quality USDA certified organic loose-leaf teas gathered from around the world. Tea blends are handmade daily in small batches and often customized upon ordering. Divinitea also sells a variety of tea accessories such as matcha bowl sets, teapot sets, containers, strainers, thermal mugs, etc. with wholesale customers who order in bulk and retail customers who order online or walk in the store.
We are rapidly growing! Seeking to hire part time reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team whose responsibility will mainly be to manually fulfill orders of already blended teas into packaging using scales to measure then prepare the bagged orders for shipment into boxes. Other tasks include restocking inventory, back up cashier for walk-ins when it's busy, occasional light cleaning end of shift.
**This is a quaint tea shop on Route 9 in Halfmoon, not a warehouse. No machinery is used to fulfill orders, only large bowls and small scales.**
Attention to detail with the ability to follow simple direction and work nicely in a team is what is required. At times lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed while assisting with incoming bulk shipments.
This is a Monday - Friday (sometimes Saturday) day time shift 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
