Position 1: Physical Therapist
Full-Time or Part-Time | Monroe & Edison
Role Overview
As a Physical Therapist at Divine Spine, you'll work in a supportive, collaborative, and low-stress environment where quality care and professional growth are prioritized.

Position 2: Clinic Director
Full-Time
Role Overview
The Clinic Director role is a hybrid position combining hands-on patient care with additional leadership and operational responsibilities. This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys treating patients while also helping guide clinic culture, operations, and team development.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based practices
- Maintain high standards of patient care and outcomes
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for therapists
Leadership & Operational Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day clinic operations
- Mentor and support clinical staff
- Assist with scheduling oversight and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with ownership on clinic growth and improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive, patient-focused clinic culture
Compensation
Physical Therapist
$98,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience & schedule)
Clinic Director (Treating PT Leadership Role)
$110,000 – $135,000 total compensation
(Base salary performance incentives)
