Job Description
Divine Shine is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning & Exterior Service Technicians. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working on residential and commercial properties performing window cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing services.
We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, show up on time, and want to be part of a growing company with opportunities to advance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential and commercial windows (interior & exterior)
- Pressure washing and soft washing homes, buildings, and surfaces
- Working on ladders and around different property types
- Operating company trucks and equipment
- Delivering high-quality service and interacting with customers professionally
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Day shifts and occasional night shifts available
- Schedule may vary based on jobs and season
Pay & Growth
- $21–$24/hour (based on experience)
