We are seeking compassionate and dedicated STNAs/CNAs to join our team at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Honeytown. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in our post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing programs

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

• Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures under the supervision of licensed nurses

Requirements:

• Valid STNA/CNA certification

• Highschool diploma or equivalent

• No experience necessary, we will train you!

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
