Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lihue, HI, for a Retail Operations Manager at Divine Planet.
We are seeking a qualified Retail Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our retail stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the stores including oversight, inventory management, merchandising, employee scheduling, and ordering. Position will require driving between Poipu, Lihue and Hanalei. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual. Candidates will gain valuable experience and training in retail management, with opportunities for growth within the company. Compensation benefits package includes housing, company vehicle, health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) matching and paid time off totally $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience. For existing Kauai residents, benefits package need not include housing and vehicle, but will offer similar compensation package amount.
Ideal candidate will have visited Hawaiʻi, preferably Kauaʻi, and will be familiar with island life.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales practices
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license and ability to be insured
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
