Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lihue, HI, for a Retail Management Trainee at Divine Planet.
We are seeking a qualified Retail Manager Trainee to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our retail stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the stores including sales, customer service, merchandising, employee scheduling, and ordering. Position will require driving between Poipu, Lihue and Hanalei. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales practices
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license and ability to be insured
