Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking, ensuring safety and efficiency in downtown parking areas
- Safely operate vehicles with manual transmissions and other types of vehicles, including luxury cars and dealership inventory
- Retrieve guest vehicles promptly upon request, maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during valet transactions and ticketing processes
- Communicate clearly with guests to provide directions or answer questions about parking procedures or hotel amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Assist with additional guest services as needed, such as delivering luggage or providing local information
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Driving experience with manual transmission vehicles required; dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guests effectively
- Cashiering experience, including retail math and cash handling accuracy
- Familiarity with Cincinnati parking regulations and procedures preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in retail or service industries that require attentive customer interaction is advantageous
