Landscape / Hardscape Foreman
Divine Landscape and Design is hiring an experienced foreman for projects in Omaha and surrounding communities. We’re a local, veteran-led company installing patios, retaining walls, drainage, planting, and mulch beds.
We need someone who can lead a crew, work alongside them, and keep jobs on track.
Pay and benefits
- Full-time position.
- $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience.
- Work through winter.
- Company vehicle provided for the foreman.
- Sign-on bonus may be available. Amount and terms will be discussed during hiring.

Responsibilities
- Organize daily tasks, tools, and materials.
- Lead landscape and hardscape installations, including patios, retaining walls, drainage, planting, and mulch beds.
- Check grades, base preparation, compaction, and finished work.
- Operate equipment safely and keep jobsites clean.
- Communicate job progress and problems clearly.
Required skills and experience
- Previous landscape and hardscape installation experience, including patios and retaining walls.
- Experience leading a crew and working alongside the team.
- Ability to check grades, prepare and compact base materials, and install landscape drainage systems.
- Ability to operate landscape and hardscape installation equipment safely.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication.
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in changing weather conditions.
