Entry Level Wireless Representative Responsibilities:
- Support customers by delivering products and services that are tailored to their needs
- Enroll customers in services that fit their wireless needs and/or deliver tailored recommendations
- Maintain a continued understanding of our products, services, and promotions to provide informed information to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team and other team members to generate sales strategies and enhance customer support efforts acting as a trusted advisor
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with current and potential customers, showing care and empathy during their enrollment process
- Identify any questions or concerns customers may have, offering personalized solutions to address their needs
- Participate in regular team meetings to advance training and knowledge in this position
Entry Level Wireless Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in an enrollment position, customer support, sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset looking to provide support to customers
- Proactive team player with problem solving abilities
