RESIDENTIAL CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Training Pay: $18 per hour for the first 30 days

Divine Kingdom Cleaning is hiring dependable, hardworking Residential Cleaning Technicians who take pride in creating clean, peaceful homes for our clients.

This is an active, hands-on position for someone who wants more than just an hourly job. We provide paid training, clear cleaning systems, measurable expectations, and an opportunity to transition into commission-based pay after successfully completing the initial 30-day training period.

Our experienced, high-performing cleaners can earn approximately $500–$1,200 per week. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on availability, the number and type of completed jobs, quality, efficiency, client demand, and commission eligibility.

PAY AND GROWTH

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform routine residential maintenance cleaning
• Complete detailed deep cleans and move-in/move-out services
• Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
• Dust surfaces from top to bottom
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail flooring
• Clean mirrors, fixtures, baseboards, and high-touch surfaces
• Follow client notes, checklists, and Divine Kingdom Cleaning procedures
• Work independently and alongside other cleaning technicians
• Complete required before-and-after photos
• Submit accurate job notes and end-of-day reports
• Properly use and care for company products, vacuums, and equipment
• Report damage, safety concerns, or unusual conditions immediately
• Provide clients with a professional, respectful, and consistent experience

• Ability to work independently without sacrificing quality

QUALIFICATIONS

• Residential cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Reliable access to a smartphone
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to maintain client privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to pass applicable background and pre-employment screening requirements
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, climb stairs, and remain physically active throughout the workday
• Consistent daytime availability based on the assigned schedule
