Responsibilities
- Review Therap documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare participant records for admissions, annual ISP meetings, quarterly reviews, and reassessments.
- Assist with ISP (Part V) preparation and updates.
- Maintain electronic and paper client records.
- Track missing documentation and follow up with DSPs and office staff.
- Assist with quarterly reports and documentation audits.
- Coordinate with Support Coordinators, families, and clinical professionals.
- Enter and update information in Therap and other electronic systems.
- Schedule meetings and maintain compliance calendars.
- Assist the QDDP with DBHDS and DMAS compliance activities.
- Support quality assurance and internal audits.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and DBHDS regulati
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Previous DSP, Lead DSP, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with Therap is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass all required background checks.
