About Us
Divine Integrative Wellness & Aesthetics is a growing clinic rooted in Chinese medicine and holistic care. We specialize in acupuncture, herbal medicine, salt room therapy, and aesthetic services, offering patients a personalized, whole-body approach to healing and wellness in a grounded, high-touch environment.
We are looking for a Growth Strategist to help us increase patient volume, improve conversions, and build a clear marketing strategy that drives real revenue.
Role Overview
This is not a content creation role.
We already have a content creator. We are looking for someone who can turn attention into booked appointments and paying clients by building and optimizing the systems behind our growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a clear marketing and growth strategy
- Increase new patient and client bookings
- Improve conversion rates (inquiries, DMs, calls → paid clients)
- Refine and optimize offers, packages, and memberships
- Build simple funnels (social media → inquiry → booking → retention)
- Create monthly campaigns tied to revenue goals
- Track performance and adjust strategy based on results
- Collaborate with our content manager to align content with campaigns
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue per client
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience driving revenue growth (not just engagement)
- Experience with wellness, aesthetic, or service-based businesses preferred
Strong understanding of:
- Sales funnels
- Offer positioning
- Conversion strategy
- Retention and upsells
- Ability to think strategically and execute practically
- Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions based on performance
Compensation
- Base Pay: $1,500/month
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Additional compensation based on hitting key growth metrics such as:
- Increasing new patient/client volume
- Hitting membership sales targets
- Driving overall revenue growth
Bonuses will be clearly defined based on baseline numbers and agreed-upon goals.

- Not a social media manager
- Not a content creator
- Not just branding or aesthetic work
We are specifically looking for someone who can connect marketing efforts directly to revenue.
