Job Description:

Divine House, Inc. is currently hiring kind, compassionate and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSP) (Asleep Overnight) to work in licensed group home in Willmar, Mn 56201

A Direct Support Professional works in a home environment to assist cliental with disabilities with activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, shopping, cooking, laundry, community involvement, etc. The DSP must possess basic problem-solving skills, have a strong desire to help others reach their goals, and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served while ensuring a safe and healthy environment. A DSP must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and be able to document accurately and legibly. Must have past experience with positive reinforcement, behavioral interventions, as well as providing persons served with personal cares and intermediate medical needs.

Must pass Minnesota Department of Human Services background Check.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
