We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and/or Registered Nurses (RNs) for a very special one-on-one pediatric case in Calumet Park, IL. You’ll be working with a 2-year-old boy who requires skilled care for G-tube, Trach and Vent.

Position Details
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Day Shift
- Location: In-home pediatric care
- Pay: Range from $38/hour - $46/hour
- Job Type: Full-time
- Immediate start available
- Full time OR Part time
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Monitor vitals and overall well-being
- Administer medications and manage tube feedings
- Work closely with family and medical team to ensure safety and comfort
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
- At least 1 year of direct patient care experience (home health or critical care preferred)
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference
