Position Summary: Provides case management for a team of clients using nursing theory & process & in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act. Fulfills duties of a Registered Nurse (Refer to RN Job Description)
(RN Job Description: Provides services to clients in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, agency policy & accepted professional standards of practice. The Registered Nurse provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory & nursing process & communicates/documents observations & assessments.)
Reports to: Director of Nursing; Director of Clinical Services; Branch Manager
Directs: Assigned team members of RNs, LPNs, Office Personnel, Home Health Aides and Personal Care Attendants
