As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. *Duties* - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment - Monitor and record vital signs as needed - Assist with medical documentation and maintaining accurate records - Provide specialized care such as dementia care, hospice care, and working with people with developmental disabilities - Prepare nutritious meals for clients based on dietary needs *Qualifications* - Certification in CPR and First Aid - Experience in providing home care services - Proficiency in medical records management - Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate sensitivity and empathy - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques for various dietary requirements
