We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Catering Kitchen Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel settings preferred. Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and handling food items
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and storage spaces
• Support food service staff by providing clean dishes and supplies promptly during events or meal periods
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of catering events as required
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of kitchen cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with food handling safety practices
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions accurately
• Basic understanding of culinary operations such as bussing, food preparation, and serving is a plus
• Experience with banquet or hotel catering services is advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability are essential for success in this role

Shift

• Day shift
• 20-30 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm
• $14.00 per hour
