Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners and businesses to introduce solar energy solutions.
- Door Knocking in various city's to attract new customers.
- Qualify leads based on interest, property suitability, and basic energy usage.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and confirm meeting details.
- Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required, with additional language skills highly valued
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and client engagement techniques
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
