Job Title: Senior Program Manager.
Duration: 6 Months with possible Extension.
Location: Chicago, IL (HYBRID - 4 Days onsite a week in Chicago, IL)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with 7.5 hours per day.

Client is working on mobile wallet applications (like Google wallet, and Samsung Wallet) and has multiple work stream Like MuleSoft, Azure/Infra/Cyber, Web, and Mainframe, and is looking for an experienced Project/ Program Manager from Custom Applications and Applications development projects handling background.
The PM will report to the “Chief of Staff” and lead and coordinate a complex program consisting of parallel workstreams. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and delivering the program on time, within scope, and within budget. The Program Manager will act as the central point of governance, communication, and execution oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
• Own end-to-end delivery of the program spanning parallel workstreams
• Define and implement program governance structure, cadence, and reporting
• Establish program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and business outcomes
Required Qualifications
• 8–12 years of experience in program/project management
• Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams (5 preferred)
• Strong understanding of program governance and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (business technology)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Experience in enterprise transformation programs (e.g., cloud, digital, ERP)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
