- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assists in developing budgets and financial forecasts for telecom operations.
- Oversees capital expenditures and monitors cost drivers within telecom projects.
- Ensures integrity of the financial data.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, including specific telecom regulations.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with financial partners (Property Accounting, Finance).
- Maintain financial calendar to support financial reports and deadlines for leadership.
- Collaborates with engineering, sales, and operations teams to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Drives improvements in accounting systems and may lead to collaboration with developers on integration solutions.
- Works with the team to ensure project financial understanding and compliance.
• Education:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a minimum requirement.
• Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in financial management, often starting in roles like cost accountant or budget analyst.
• Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze complex financial data to identify patterns and drive decision-making.
• Communication Skills:
The ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues is critical.
• Attention to Detail:
Essential for accuracy in financial data and reporting.
