Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to guests.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning stations, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with special events and functions as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Server, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
• State age requirement for the position.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Professional communication and social skills suitable for guests.
• Self-motivated and able to work calmly under pressure.
• Strong teamwork orientation, well-organized, and able to take direction from others.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Able to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Able to stand for 5 hours at a time.
• Able to lift and carry 35 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Physical ability to grasp, stoop, reach, balance, move tables, and perform similar job-related movements.
