Dividend Homes is seeking a Community Sales Manager to join our upcoming residential community in Morgan Hill. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional homebuyer experience, and representing a boutique builder known for thoughtful design and premium craftsmanship. You will work alongside an experienced sales manager, providing the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow within a high-performing team, with potential to transition to future communities across the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Manage on-site sales activities, including tours, follow-up, and contract execution
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience to every prospective buyer
- Maintain consistent and timely lead follow-up through the CRM
- Build and maintain relationships with local brokers and referral partners
- Provide real-time market feedback, including buyer trends, objections, and competitive insights
- Support community events, broker outreach, and special sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Lasso experience a plus)
- Active California real estate license required
Compensation
- This role offers a competitive base salary and commission structure, with total annual earnings expected to exceed $200,000 based on experience and sales performance.
Location & Schedule
- On-site in Morgan Hill, CA
- Weekend availability required
- Opportunity to support and transition to future communities in the Bay Area including Palo Alto, Cupertino, Mountain View, and Fremont
