Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide direct instruction to students in a variety of subjects
- Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and provide support for students with special needs
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and other members of the educational team to ensure student success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching license in Special Education, or the ability to obtain one
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students achieve academic and social success
