The Opportunity

DiviCore Energy Services is building a specialized division order and revenue support firm serving oil & gas operators across Texas. We are selectively hiring an experienced Division Order professional who brings both technical expertise and industry relationships.

If you have worked closely with operators, understand ownership challenges, and have relationships within the industry, this is an opportunity to leverage that experience in a more dynamic and high-impact role.

This is not a back-office role. You will play a key part in both delivery and expanding client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support division order workflows across multiple clients
• Review and validate ownership data, including Net Revenue Interest (NRI)
• Resolve ownership discrepancies and complex DO issues
• Support owner relations and address inquiries professionally and accurately
• Lead data cleanup and workflow organization for client systems
• Participate in client discussions and represent DiviCore in a professional capacity
• Leverage industry relationships to identify and support new client opportunities

Required Experience

• 5 years in:
• Division Orders
• Revenue Accounting
• Owner Relations
• Strong understanding of:
• Net Revenue Interest (NRI)
• Ownership structures and title impact
• Experience working directly with oil & gas operators

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships within operators, land, or accounting groups
• Experience with PakEnergy, OGSYS, WolfePak, or similar systems
• Exposure to acquisitions, asset transitions, or backlog cleanup

Compensation

• Competitive base salary ($95K–$125K depending on experience)
• Performance-based bonus tied to project delivery and company growth
• Additional incentives tied to new client relationships and revenue generation
