Duties
- Identify potential multifamily property acquisition opportunities through market research and networking
- Conduct property evaluations, including financial analysis and due diligence in accordance with Fair Housing regulations
- Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company
- Coordinate with property management teams, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the acquisition process
- Manage administrative tasks related to property acquisitions, including documentation and compliance requirements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential sellers and investors
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and negotiations
- Stay informed about market trends, zoning laws, and real estate regulations affecting multifamily properties
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or acquisitions is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, brokers, and team members
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and property management practices
- Administrative experience related to real estate transactions or property portfolios
- Organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
