Compensation: $16.00-$22.00 an hour including commissions

Diversity Wireless, an authorized retailer for AT&T, is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new flagship locations. We have immediate openings for highly energetic, fun, and committed individuals on our Retail Sales Associate Team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be our frontline face, helping our wonderful customers select the AT&T devices and services that will suit them best! Our dynamic Retail Sales Associate program not only prepares you for your next step within Diversity Wireless, it also provides incredible earnings in both a base pay and sales commissions.

YOUR workday looks like this:

• Establish and maintain an incredible work and customer service environment by warmly engaging with customers to fully understand their particular needs.
• Expertly guide our customers through the transaction process in a professional manner that allows you to build strong relationships.
• Attain and exceed sales goals by properly using your AT&T sales training on the showroom with customers, executing our outbound sales activities and mastering AT&T promotions.
• Maintain store appearance so customers feel welcome and can easily negotiate our showroom.
• Plus, other tasks and duties you would expect as a Retail Sales Associate.

This is all YOU need to succeed:

• Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales would be terrific, however not necessary - AT&T experience highly desirable
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
• Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be a supportive and committed teammate and team player
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
