Job Summary
This individual is responsible for monitoring the quality of products during manufacturing, auditing, and as needed, inspecting process control points as defined by the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Measurement of parts to assure quality to specification
- Responsible for complete and accurate daily documentation of all QA concerns which arise in the quality laboratory
- Develops and initiates standards and methods for measurement and evaluation
- Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data
- Maintains customer required documentation related to APQP and PPAP activities on all new projects
- Review customer websites daily for updates
- Develops measurement instruction and trains others in methods of measurement of parts
- Controls document and data requirements under the DV quality management system
- Other duties may be required ensuring that Diversity-Vuteq meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs
Job Qualifications
Experience
- 1 years of field experience preferred
- ASQ CQT, CQA, CQE an asset
Skills and Abilities
- Able to pass a colorblind test or have a passed colorblind test completed and documented
- Must be comfortable with reading and comprehending spreadsheets
- Demonstrate reading comprehension and understanding through comprehensive testing
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic math skills with or without an assistive device through comprehensive and periodic testing
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop up to 12 hours daily
- Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds as needed throughout the day
- Willingness to cross train in multiple areas
- Be a team player and willing to work overtime as needed

- High School Diploma or GED required
