As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly line operations, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe working environment within our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow on the assembly line.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality.
- Utilize forklifts and other machinery safely for material handling and product movement.
- Implement best practices for fabrication processes to improve product quality.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a factory or warehouse setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in fabricating components or products is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus.

Education:
