What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Support Site Supervisor position at Diversity Training & Support?
Description
- Complete PCRs as assigned to cover supervisory vacancies.
- Review PCRs submitted by Program Leads and Supervisors; request and track required edits.
- Upload and send Day Support PCRs through DocuSign by the 10th of each month, as needed.
- Monitor DocuSign daily to ensure all signatures are completed; follow up with Supervisors and signers.
- Verify that signed PCRs are uploaded into Therap by required deadlines.
- Track PCR progress and landmark dates in the monthly PCR tab of the ORMS Google Sheet.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Understanding of basic physical, psychological, health, and safety needs.
- Ability to write clear, professional documentation and behavior reports.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic record systems.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accuracy.
- Supportive, patient, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to observe, record, and report individual behavior and physical condition.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dual diagnoses.
- Valid VA driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Clean criminal background and central registry check.
- TB screening and COVID vaccination.
- Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED and 32-hour Medication Administration certification.
