We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate Manager of Data Analytics and Data Warehouse Development to join our team to work with Company’s Clearing Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Analytics solutions, which provides analytical capabilities to business users of our core enterprise Clearing software platform. The Manager will define and evangelize the data analytics program strategy, including user engagement, governance, tool selection, development, and prioritization. The role is also responsible for managing the Database development team, driving the Data Warehouse and Reporting implementations and project schedules, release scheduling and prioritization, and stakeholder engagement and communication. This role will interact directly with teams throughout the organization, providing consultative analysis and training for end-users of the data analytics platform and working to understand business priorities. The ideal candidate is self-directed with a passion for excellence, customer service, data analytics and visualization, and clear communication. You have been successful in a project director role, consistently driving complex work from the concept phase to production deployment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation and manage development life cycle on a global platform
- Lead and manage a group of developers and analysts to provide direction on projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business and functional requirements into technical implementation for automation of existing processes and development of new processes and reports
- Define scope, develop project plans, and organize and manage development projects from inception to delivery to production support
- Become proficient in the data and business logic to be able to efficiently respond to business queries and requests
- Provide leadership in planning, developing, and implementing the Data Analytics program and strategy
- Champion the data driven culture by increasing usage of Tableau and Business Objects and supported data views in the organization
- Create and monitor effectiveness of standardized processes and governance for the Clearing Data Analytics program, and work with the stakeholders, data stewards, and data analysts to implement or modify processes
- Work side-by-side with the business stakeholders to empower them to create their own data visualizations using the supported analytics tools, such as Tableau and Business Objects, and the analytics documentation
- Document changes and author documentation on standards and best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing software development projects, and at least 3 years managing a data warehouse and/or data analytics platform
- Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with authoring Oracle SQL queries
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Hand-on skills in Tableau or other data analytics tools
- Self-starter with proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
- Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively move forward on tasks even with ambiguous or changing requirements
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and can prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment
