Project Manager - NetSuite Implementation

Role: Project manager for a NetSuite implementation

Location: St. Louis area (Requires onsite work, with flexibility to work from home)

Anticipated start date: January

Weekly hour commitment from project manager: ~5 hours

Assumes 4 weeks per month

Assumes a project length of 7 - 9 months (project length may vary)

Active Project Management

• Participate in kick-off meetings and introductory calls
• Identify roles and responsibilities for all Project stakeholders and communicate expectations
• Establish communication framework between key stakeholders and teams
• Schedule, prepare, facilitate, and document key meetings: Weekly meetings with Vendors, and Client's project team
• Additional meetings as needed with each department to drive prioritized customization work, dependent on PM's remaining budget hours
• Monthly steering committee meetings and calls with Client's leadership
• Maintain the client project plan as tasks, owners, and deadlines require updates
• Track action items and task timelines
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports
• Assist VENDOR Project Manager, and other integration vendor project managers with reconciling the project budget
• Coordinate Client's ERP team , Vendor teams as needed for optimal participation.
• Create and maintain a Project risk log for proactive mitigation and escalation
• Triage issues stemming from resource capacity and capability challenges.

Deliverables

• A current project plan with tasks, dependencies, dates, and owners that support a consensus project go-live date
• Facilitated weekly and monthly meetings with pre-published agendas to communicate project progress and address key topics
• Weekly status report / executive summary Recent accomplishments
• Upcoming activities
• Key issues and concerns
• Budget consumption update
• Risk Logs
