Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis in the College Station and Bryan, TX area.
The RN will provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
- Complete approximately 1-hour home health visits
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Follow physician orders and individualized care plans
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and timely
- Communicate patient needs and changes with the care team
- Maintain compliance with Home Health and agency requirements
Requirements
- Current, active Texas LVN License
- Home Health experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage PRN visits
- Must be dependable and committed to quality patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- PRN / Per-Visit Position
- Pay is negotiable
- Approximately 1 hour per visit
- Mileage is not reimbursed
- No benefits are offered with this PRN position
