Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team at this small company. Prior experience is not required, but a good attitude and team-minded person is. This role is vital in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, managing inventory, and supporting overall office/warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in distribution, order picking, with a strong focus on details and quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in E-commerce and retailer order fulfillment, shipping & receiving within a dynamic environment.
Seeking full or part-time.
Duties
- Accurately pick and pack orders
- Operate pallet jacks to load and unload materials weekly.
- Manage shipping & receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control
- Assist in tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs. and moving items within the office and warehouse
- Support company owner in daily operations to meet productivity targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in distribution or related fields such as shipping & receiving preferred, but not necessary.
- Must be a details person with the ability to verify orders are picked correctly and presenting them in a professional manner.
- Strong physical ability to perform standing all shift, includes a lot of walking
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
