Electronics Security Implementation Manager
What part will you play?
The Critical Infrastructure - Project Operations Field Implementation Manager is responsible for enforcing standards and processes that increase the quality, velocity, and efficiency for the team. He or she will work with the PMO team and engineering, ensuring project operations is aligned with the needs of our clients and the business unit needs.
What will you be doing?
- Project oversight
- Training - Termination, mechanical, client driven standards and all aspects of Diversified installation standards
- First point of escalation for Field Issues
- Verification and enforcement for onsite performance and productivity standards, conducting reviews and training plans.
- Coordinates onsite support for integration issues.
- Coordinates with Standard and Governance for development and compliance of Installation Process/Standard and the Quality Assurance program.
- Assist in developing growth plans of Operations Associates to help ensure long term success.
- Field implementation and tracking of departmental goals and objectives.
- Responsible for verification activities related to Safety, Quality Control, and ISO fulfillment.
- Final verification of preparedness for site activities
- Support fleet and/or delivery of tools and materials for field
- Maintain and tracking of tooling/ test gear.
- Coordination of Site Surveys for projects and sales support
- Review daily field reports for content and format.
- Coordinates scheduling for Assigned CI Division's Resources
Complexity:
- Verification and Implementation of standards in how Diversified deploys
- Immediate point of escalation for jobsites
Decision Making Authority:
- Feedback on Hires/Fires/Reviews
- Removal of personnel from jobsites
- Standard training and enforcement for Contractors
- Timesheet/PTO/Expense Approval
Requirements:
- Experiecne with Lenel Security Systems and Microsoft Security products.
- AVIXA CTS certification desired; CTS-D or CTS-I preferred.
Physical Working Environment:
- Ability to visit jobsites in assigned geography
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
