Role Description
This is a 30-32 hour a week, on-site role located in Pewaukee, WI, for an Advisor's Assistant at Diversified Wealth Strategies, LLC. The Advisor's Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to financial advisors, including scheduling meetings, maintaining client records, preparing financial documents, and assisting with client communication. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, ensuring client satisfaction, and efficiently managing time-sensitive tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position. Pay and bonuses commensurate with previous job experience and credentials.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, scheduling, and document management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing records and ensuring accuracy
- Knowledge of financial terms, investment processes, or willingness to learn quickly
- Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- Experience in client service or support roles within financial services is a plus
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in the financial industry and Series 7 is preferred, however not mandatory.
