The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing behavioral interventions in alignment with IBHS standards. This role focuses on improving outcomes through data-driven care, caregiver collaboration, and clinical oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide consultation and training to families and caregivers
- Deliver services in home, school, and community settings
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to support clinical decisions
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external providers
- Participate in program development, training, and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with IBHS, state, and organizational standards
Required:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children or adolescents in behavioral health
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Psychologist
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
- Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)
- Compliance with OIG/Medicare/Medicaid screening requirements
- Ability to provide mobile/community-based services
