Diversified Support Services (DSS) is seeking a Production Operator in McCalla, Alabama to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. This role is responsible for following established work instructions, maintaining product quality, and completing rework, repair, or scrap activities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Follow all work, safety, and quality instructions to support efficient production.
- Perform rework, repairs, or scrapping as required.
- Properly label products and complete required documentation.
- Monitor product and process quality and promptly report issues to the Team Leader.
- Work under the direction of the Production Line Lead or N 1.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed work, safety, and quality instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to accurately label products and complete production documentation.
- Dependable team player with the ability to communicate quality or process concerns.
Schedule & Pay
- Location: McCalla, Alabama
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
