What You'll Do
- Track project tasks, action items, and deliverables.
- Manage and monitor tickets in Jira.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Follow up on outstanding items and identify potential roadblocks.
- Maintain project documentation, updates, and reporting.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure priorities keep moving forward.
What We're Looking For

- Experience or familiarity with Jira and ticket tracking.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of project coordination, PM support, operations, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience tracking tasks, projects, and tickets in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is someone with the curiosity to learn, the organization to stay on top of details, and the persistence to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
