Leasing Agent
Location: Jefferson, NJ & Wharton, NJ
Reports To: Regional Property Manager
Diversified Properties LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing leasing and retention operations for two communities, one in Jefferson (32 units) and one in Wharton (60 units). The ideal candidate will maintain high occupancy rates while delivering a luxury living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve leasing goals by responding promptly to inquiries, conducting property tours, and following up with prospects.
- Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process—from application to move-in—ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Manage online listings (ILS), maintain property websites and social media accounts ensuring accurate inventory, price listings and update to optimize engagement.
- Work closely with Brokers and Realtors for showings and Open House events.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements while clearly communicating property policies.
- Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to ensure compliance with property standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Upkeep of databases and software for accurate resident files.
- Address resident requests by coordinating with maintenance and management teams.
- Support tenant retention initiatives, including community events.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support property operations.

Salary: From $55,000.00 per year plus $100 commission per lease.
