Duties

- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely
- Operate company vehicles and power tools safely to perform installations and repairs on-site
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure unobstructed flow
- Collaborate with construction teams during remodeling or new build projects to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly
- Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations while performing all tasks
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial settings
- Proficiency in welding, assembly, and the use of hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks
- Experience with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of water systems, plumbing system maintenance, repair procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the job including climbing ladders or working in confined spaces
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating a company vehicle in compliance with traffic laws
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications
- Handyman experience or background in remodeling adds valuable versatility to your skill set
