Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Detroit, MI, for a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will engage with members to address inquiries, resolve issues, and process routine financial transactions. Tasks include assisting members with account information, providing accurate and efficient problem resolution, and delivering excellent customer service. Representatives will utilize computer-based systems to manage member information and complete necessary documentation promptly and accurately.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with members
- Proficiency in Customer Support and handling inquiries effectively
- Basic Computer Literacy and proficiency in using customer relationship management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail
- Previous experience in financial services or call center environments is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
