Job Description
Diversified Maintenance is hiring an Industrial Cleaner. The Industrial Cleaner performs cleaning related tasks as outlined in the contract between the company and the customer in an Industrial environment. The Industrial Cleaner reports any problems, or suspicious activity to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10 pm with some weekends depending on customer needs
PAY RATE: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Empty trash and recycling and cardboard
- Operating Fork Lift
- Clean the plant floor and machinery
- Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly
- Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position
- On the job training will be provided
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience
- Familiarity with industrial practices and commercial cleaning standards
- Forklift Experience
- Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
