Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Jordan, UT, for a Project Manager with estimating and marketing skills. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, procurement, and execution of projects, with a focus on scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality delivery. In collaboration with the team, responsibilities include project estimating, managing logistics, leading expediting efforts, performing inspections, and coordinating marketing strategies to promote the company's services. Efficient multi-tasking, strong leadership, and collaboration with clients and internal teams will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery
- Expertise in Expeditor roles and Expediting processes for ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Strong skills in Inspections and maintaining quality standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for overseeing supply chain and resource efficiency
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to support company growth
- Relevant experience in the construction or maintenance industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
